Project 6 - Vocal Variety - "Proud With What You Do"

Mr. X                           : Yani what do you do for your life 

Me                               : Mmm . . My job is to ensure people feel secure and happy in 
                                     their life (Confuse voice)


Mr. X                            : Hmm . . Oo Ok
 

Friends . . . From that dialogue, can you  guess what my job is? 
If someone asks about my job. I seldom to the points say what my real job is.

Yah. . to be honest, I wasn't too confident to express what my job is. Especially to new people. There was always fear in my mind. I was afraid that I would avoided. I was Afraid that I will be removed form friendship in social media, I was afraid . .  I was afraid . .

But one day, my phone was ringing : “Yellow diamonds in the the light, and we standing side by side”(Rihanna Song)

Me                                : Ya . . Haloo

Friends                          : Yaniii, where are you . . please help me 

Me                                : Ya, Im at home, what happen with you . .

Friends                         : Im in Hospital now, I have to undergo surgery because of my  
                                     sickness. The Administration in Hospital say that I must prepared 
                                     around Rp 27 million for this surgery. But I don’t have that 
                                     money

Me                                : Oo . . Ok my dear friend, stay calm, wait for me, I will help 
                                      you  soon.
 
Tututututututut . . .

I prepare my self soon and go to the Hospital. I meet My Friends, she look so panic, I can see that there was a tears in her eyes. I talk to her for a momment, and then I go to Administration in Hospital.
Finally, My friends can be underwent surgery succesfull,  and she didn't have to pay anything for that.

Friends . . My friend’s problem can be solve, not because I paid all the payment bill in the hospital. My friend’s problem where solve, because my job.
My job as Insurance Agent.

Finally, from that moment, I was noticed that actually my job can be very useful for people who need it. Now I realized That the work that I'm living now is useful for people. For example :
 
- For someone who sick
- For someone who die too early, which is mean he would leave his wife and children
- For someone who die too late, which means he needs the funds for retirement etc.

Friends . . . Are you proud of your job?
I believe that every job must be good and can give benefit for us, for our family, for another people and maybe for the world. 

- Don't let negative thinking inside your mind ruin your carreer.
- Don't let the toxic ruin your life.
- If you can't get excited about your job, how can you expect other to be.

So, whatever job you have, whatever work you do, you can do it well and proudly.
You can always improve and step up. I am 100% sure that being proud of your job and do it well will benefit you and people around you.

So Friends . . . Being proud of your job is always your choices, and its time to be proud of your job.
